Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day first level support and management of the Desktop Support Team
- Perform technical support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
- Provide technical support to VIP users whenever necessary
- Plan, prioritize and schedule desktop support activities to ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time
- Analyze desktop support activities and develop tools and process improvements to optimize service and staff performance
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
- Lead and implement IT projects that allocate by Group Cyber Security and Infrastructure Team. Also need to coordinate and monitor the project
- Monitor network utilization and performance, implement procedures for network optimization, reliability and availability
- Manage all aspects on IT including the update and execution of related policies, procedures and controls
- Manage IT services with vendors such as data center providers, telecommunication companies, IT hardware providers and software licenses
- Manage IT procurement costs and budgets, also IT Audit related tasks
- Manage sales and IT support service renewal administration
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Proactive, Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
