About our client
Our client is a reputable industry leader within the medical technologies sector, with headquarter in Hong Kong and distribution points across APAC and Europe. In order to support their business expansion, they are looking for an IT Officer to join their team
About the role
- Monitoring, managing and troubleshooting IT assets in the HK office
- Providing helpdesk support to internal users when needed
- Providing L2 support to IT infrastructure, such as backup, patching, configuration
- Being responsible for IT administrative tasks, such as inventory documentation and licensing
- Reporting to IT management regularly
Requirements
- With an academic background in Information Technology, computer science, networking, or relevant discipline
- With practical experience in IT support in an in-house environment
- Experience in system operation and support, such as Windows Server, VMWare, SAN storage
- Knowledge in the IT network sector, such as LAN/WAN, firewall, TCP/IP
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good problem-solving skills, fast learner
- On-job training would be provided
