About The Client
Our client is a well-established IT company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Project Manager to join their project team.
Job Description
- Report to Head of IT and lead all Salesforce CRM implementation projects
- Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, resources, to ensure the quality solutions are delivered within time and budget
- Establish project scope and prioritize the development tasks after identifying and validating both business and technical requirements
- Work closely with internal BA team and developers through a hands-on approach to review development progress and ensure the project deliverables
- Liaise with clients to review and update the business process and project status
- Coach junior consultant, conduct UAT and prepare user training
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant experience working in IT consulting with at least 1 year in Salesforce CRM implementation and project management
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C# and/or python is an absolute advantage
- Proven ability to influence business decisions and directions in a consulting environment
- Experience in preparing technical requirement specifications and conducting UAT
- With PMP/PMI certification will be an advantage
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
- Self-motivated, work under pressure, good team player
- Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
