About our client
Our client is a manufacturer with a significant market share in the domestic market. With the need of digital transformation, they are looking for an IT Specialist who can handle infrastructure operations and has good experience in project management.
About the role
- Performing L1/2 helpdesk support to a small number of office users(~20) in a timely and effective manner
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the internal IT infrastructure, including on-prem/cloud-based system, server and network
- Handling IT projects with vendors and business stakeholders, such as but not limited to office relocation, system implementation/deployment/migration, etc.
- Work closely with the HQ IT team on project delivery and daily IT operation
- Conducting IT administration tasks, such as user training, SOP drafting, inventory control, etc.
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in performing technical support and infrastructure administration duties, with experience from the manufacturing sector is a plus
- Familiar with mainstream system technologies, such as O365/M365, AD servers, Windows/Linux servers, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting network technologies, such as firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- With support experience in enterprise ERP solutions(e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, Yonyou) is a plus
- Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Open-minded to handle infrastructure in manufacturing site; Occasional business travel is required
