About our client
Our client is a logistics service provider with a strong foundation in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.
About the role
- Performing maintenance and managing IT service delivery in the office, such as in IT assets, application and infrastructure
- Coordinate with teammates and subordinates to deliver daily IT support to internal users
- Escalating technical issues or incidents to relative parties when needed
- Driving the internal projects from the group level in an efficient manner
- Establishing and reviewing IT policy, such as SOP and guidelines
- Researching on IT trending and proposing solutions to facilitate IT operation effectiveness
- IT management and administration tasks, such as asset documentation, provide IT training
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or relevant field
- 5 years experience of relative working experience, preferably to have IT supervising experience in sizable enterprise(s)
- Familiar with L1/2 IT supporting in the application, desktop, MDM, Windows server administration, and O365
- Good team-leading and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team working mindset
- Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
