About our Client
Our client is a one of the reputable local banks in Hong Kong. Due to a business growth plan, they are looking for a Loan Service Officer to join them.
About the Role
Report to Line Manager, you will be based in the Personal Loan Service Corner of selected branch and responsible for clean lending acquisition activities. You will meet and exceed assigned personal loan target by taking proactive role to solicit sales from counter sales referral, sales promotion booth and out-reach marketing activities. You will follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customers' satisfaction. You also need to follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedural guidelines and ensure compliance at all times.
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 1-year experience or secondary education with 3-year experience in retail banking branch, preferably in clean lending products
- Aggressive, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin
