Job Description
Our client is a renowned luxury fashion house known for its timeless elegance and innovative designs. The team is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to as a Logistics Officer to support the regional Distribution Centre project roll-out. This newly created role will report to the Distribution Center Operation Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth logistics operations for outbound deliveries to APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries from the Regional Distribution Centre to APAC markets.
- Manage and coordinate the correct order creation and scheduling by maintaining and configuring master data in SAP.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and track shipment status, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics and sales administration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience in master data maintenance and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of APAC markets and logistics regulations is a plus.
