Job Description
We are looking for a Supervisor for one of the hospitality companies in Hong Kong, the ideal candidate should have a solid experience in F&B service with luxury/5-star hotels, clubhouses, or fine-dining restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lounge Manager and other service team heads to ensure smooth operations are delivered
- Manage a team of front-of-house staff, monitor and ensure the customer service and food quality are delivered which is up to the company standard
- Responsible for the side duties (e.g. stock/ inventory, training, team management, meeting, report, or audit)
- Handle guest complaints with a professional attribute, improve and enhance the customer's satisfaction and experience
- Support other F&B lounges as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B service experience with luxury hotel/ clubhouse/ fine dining
- Fluent in English in both spoken and written, other languages is an advantage
- Strong people management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shift duties including overnight shifts
