Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily store operation
- Lead the store team to achieve sales, service, KPIs, clienteling targets as well as VM standard
- Meet CRM targets - build long-term relationship with customer, build client base and retain loyal customers
- Rroster arrangement and stock management
- Make sure all staff image matches with corporate guidelines
Requirements:
- Experienced in retail operations with 2 year at supervisory or above level in retail/ luxury industry
- High level of CRM management
- Strong commercial sense and good analytical and numeric skills
- Passionate in luxury retail industry
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
