Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional experience to customers to exceed their expectations
提供優質客戶服務，並與客人建立良好關係
Provide excellent customer services to customers and maintain good relationship with them
向客人耐心地介紹及講解產品資訊
Maximize sales and achieve / exceed personal or team targets
協助達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標、個人KPI
Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display and merchandise
確保貨場達到公司標準及存貨充足
Requirements:
Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years LUXURY retail experience
中五及最少2年奢侈品牌或鐘錶珠寶零售經驗
Proactive, presentable and confident
良好的人際關係和客戶服務
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
能操流利粵語、一般英語及普通話
