- 維持店舖日常運作
- 設定團隊銷售目標、個人KPI
- 確保前線同事達到KPI及銷售目標
- 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足
- 員工更表安排
入職要求 :
- 2年或以上管理店鋪經驗
- 流利廣東話、英文及普通話
- 對客戶服務、零售及奢侈品行業充滿熱誠
