NOC Engineer
Company Overview:
Our client is a leading multinational company and they are looking for NOC Engineers to responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues within their global network infrastructure. This role involves working in shifts and requires fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, identifying and resolving performance issues proactively.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless network connectivity and uptime.
- Troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
- Work in shifts to ensure continuous monitoring and support of the network.
- Stay updated with latest network technologies and security best practices.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide timely updates and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in a NOC or a similar environment is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, ICMP, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and adhere to strict SLAs.
