Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop a new operations team with combination of full-time and part-time staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage all operational aspects within attractions / projects in Hong Kong & Macau.
- Utilize management experience to effectively oversee the day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the operation, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Utilize forecasting techniques to predict demand and plan resources accordingly.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive manpower plan to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including theme park management, to align operational strategies and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate measures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the operations department of a theme park or attraction.
- Proven experience in P&L management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Weedends (Occasionally, especially the first month)
