Our client is a well-known food and beverage group with multi-branded restaurant chains in Asia. This role has arisen due to the group's business expansion, they are now inviting a Head of Operations to assist them with the launch of a new F&B brand in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will be a crucial pre-opening team member of a new F&B brand in Hong Kong.
As the Operations Lead, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that ensures seamless integration of the new brand into existing operations and HK market. Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the new brand launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. To achieve a successful launch and manage the ongoing operations of the new brand.
The Successful Applicant
- Dipolma/ Bachelor's degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' business and operations management experience managing restaurant chains and F&B start-ups
- Strong entrepreneurial and business sense, with knowledge on the latest F&B trends
- Excellent budget and stakeholder management experience
- Proficient in Chinese and English
