About the Client
Our client is a well-established and sizable multi-national company within Conglomerate sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as People Insight & Engagement Manager.
About the role
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and overall satisfaction.
- Design and implement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other tools to gather employee insights and measure employee sentiment.
- Analyze data and identify trends to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and leaders on employee engagement best practices.
- Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of employee engagement initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in employee relations gained from sizeable organizations
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment and industrial relations
- Excellent planning, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
