About The Client
Our client is a financial service company and they are seeking for Product Manager join their team.
Job Description
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive product success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in trading, stock exchange, and virtual asset management.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, set KPIs, and track product performance.
- Facilitate UAT of new features and enhancement, and evaluate QA and UAT results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with 4 years of experience, working in the financial services industry, with a strong knowledge of trading, crypto and/or virtual asset management products
- Experience in UAT and product testing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required, fluent in Mandarin
