About the company
Our client is a well-established banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with the business expansion, they are now looking for a Product Manager for their Product Compliance and Governance team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Banking Product, you will be responsible for managing product compliance tasks aiming at striking a balance between regulations and banking business. You have to understand and monitor banking product workflow (retail banking, corporate banking and private banking business) to ensure product process complying bank requirements, guidelines and regulations. You will design product procedures and do regular review on product governance framework to improve product efficiency. You are required to participate in workflow streamline projects to enhance growth of product business. In addition, you are responsible for carrying out new product and coordinating with stakeholders in managing product compliance review effectively.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder with majoring in Business Administration and other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product compliance and governance in retail banks.
- Sound knowledge in banking product workflow design and governance projects is a must.
- Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
