Our client is a well-known service centre in Hong Kong and they are looking for IT Project Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Responsible for CRM, O2O, customer data and loyalty system implementation projects in end-to-end management cycle
- Review the existing processes and analyse the pain-point, propose solutions to drive a better customer journeys
- Establish project objectives, planning, road mapping, scheduling to execution
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements and business goals are aligned and achieved
- Participate in technology selection and manage vendors on system changes and support
- Prepare documentation and take care of go live support.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in CRM system implementation and integration, preferably working in public service sector
- Strong understanding in CRM, customer data management and digitalization
- Proficient in project management from determine projects' milestones, deliver and facilitate timelines and project content throughout the whole project lifecycle
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Cross-region team collaboration experience and be able to build up rapport with IT stakeholders and all-business levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, work as a team
- Good command in English and Chinese, able to listen Mandarin
