About our Client
My client is a subsidiary property management company under a Hong Kong listed developer with diversified properties. In order to facilitate the estate management services, they are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to oversee the daily operation and management of the property
- Monitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning staff
- Maintain a good relationship with residents and Owners' Committee
- Conduct budget and improvement plan for short-term and long-term improvement
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines with at least 7 years' property management experience
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
