About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer with intensive portfolio of hospitality, residential and commercial buildings. They are looking for a Property Manager to join them and lead a team to provide excellent customer service to the residents.
About the Role
- Lead a team to ensure daily operation is smooth (e.g. Subordinates, Technical staff, clubhouse)
- Monitor consultant, contractor and other vendors to ensure performance is match with company's standard
- Prepare financial and other relevant reports
- Maintain good relationships with and handle residents and OC members' complaints
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines with at least 5 years' solid relevant experience
- Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. PMP (Tier 1), CIH, HKIH etc
- Candidates from agency background are welcome
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
