Responsibilities
- Provide customer services and reception services at the office including answering telephone calls and enquiries, visitor greetings, tender boxes and other reception counter services
- Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties
- Participate in projects/tasks as assigned in Agency and Division levels
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- A recognized diploma in any discipline
- More than 1 year of working experience in office administration or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese (Chinese word processing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferable
