Our client is one of the luxury private membership clubs in Hong Kong, we are looking for a Guest Relations/ Receptionist to join their team.
About the role
- Provide an excellent experience for members and guests, and handle all guest interactions and bookings
- Maintaining effective communication to ensure that all related parties are informed of any relevant issues/queries/VIP guest requests that have arisen
- Involved in different guest relations activities, maintaining and renewing guest profiles regularly
- Maintain a professional attitude and grooming in the workplace
- Prepare operation reports for all related parties, administer booking system, and ensure smooth communication with all the department
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the supervisor
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, clubhouse, or catering group
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage
- Outgoing, friendly with strong problem-solving skills
