About the Company

Covering a wide range of industries in Hong Kong, China and Singapore. Our clients include multinational corporations, business conglomerates, market-leading organizations, small- to medium-scale enterprises, and entrepreneurial start-ups.
About the Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and advised them on industry trends and market insights.
- Manage the full recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proven track record of success in a sales and marketing environment is an advantage.
- Recruitment related experience is a plus but not a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Resilient, persistent, analytical and with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
