About Our Client
Our client is a well-established property management firm with mass population, they are now seeking for a Recruitment Officer focus on handling mass recruitment initiatives and managing the full recruitment cycle.
About The Role:
- Manage the end-to-end mass recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and establish appropriate sourcing channels.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Review and screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and conduct mass recruitment events, including job fairs, assessment centers, and open houses.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, including panel interviews and assessments.
- Assist in HR ad hoc projects as required
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years or above experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a focus on mass recruitment and full recruitment cycle handling.
- Experience in property related sector would be an advantages
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English and Cantonese
