About Our Client

Our client is a well-established property management firm with mass population, they are now seeking for a Recruitment Officer focus on handling mass recruitment initiatives and managing the full recruitment cycle.



About The Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end mass recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and establish appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Review and screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and conduct mass recruitment events, including job fairs, assessment centers, and open houses.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, including panel interviews and assessments.
  • Assist in HR ad hoc projects as required





The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years or above experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a focus on mass recruitment and full recruitment cycle handling.
  • Experience in property related sector would be an advantages
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
  • Experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
