About our Client
Our client is a popular lifestyle brand with strong presence at global level. They are looking for an experienced regional marketer to join them as Senior Regional Marketing Manager.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing the brand strategy and executed the 360 degree of marketing campaigns in the regional markets across multiple sales channels. In addition to the ATL and BTL advertising, you will own the digital and social media marketing plan, initiate new creativity to maximize the brand exposure in the virtual channels. You will be working closely with the agency to deploy a differentiated content plan for social media, website as well as blog. You will manage the transaction website and update the content in response to the new product launch and seasonal promotions. As an all rounded marketer, you will also lead the CRM strategy and be responsible for CRM analytics, VIP management and planning of loyalty programs to strengthen the brand engagement with the customers.
Requirements
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree in Marketing or other related disciplines
- 10+ years regional marketing experience from retail
- Knowledge of online & offline marketing, social media and CRM
- Background from fashion / accessory / lifestyle products
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, fast pace and passionate
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Regional Marketing Manager
