Responsibilities
- Act as the assistant of Relationship Managers
- Handle the phone calls and reply the enquiries from customers on behalf of the Relationship Managers if needed
- follow up customers' transaction instructions and clerical work
- Requirements
- Tertiary education or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI
- Holders of CB Professional Qualifications and/or Awards will be preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in banking and customer service (Experiences in banking sales will be a definite advantage)
- Familiar with banking products, operations and relevant policies and procedures
- Familiar with investment, insurance, retail banking and financial service and relevant legal requirements
