Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing full aspect of retail operational support for store(s), and provide effective and efficient solutions
- Leading, supervising and assisting sales team to achieve sales target
- Supervising and implementing daily store operations, giving suggestions on sales Strategies and promotional activities
- Responsible for merchandise display and keep good brand image
- Providing brand, products and selling skills training to small sales team
- Arranging inventory controls and orders arrangements
- Performing any ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry, preferably in beauty and health care industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
