About the Client
Our client is a sizable multi-national corporation within F&B sector. Due to recent growth in business, they are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Rewards Manager.
About the role
- Develop salary strategies in line with overall organization objectives to attract, retain and motivate employees. Keep abreast with the marketplace by researching, developing and introducing cost effective programs
- Oversee the salary structure and design of the Company's pay and grading scales, the preparation of spreadsheets to analyse total remuneration for benchmarking
- Contribute in managing the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs
- Ensures that compensation and benefit programs support the organization's strategic objectives and meet all legal requirements
- Lead merit increases and bonus recommendations. Participate in setting merit pay guidelines and bonus pay criteria. Participate in budget forecast for salary increases and bonuses
- Aid in assessing system requirements to support increased automation of C&B processes. Promote proactive approaches using on-line systems to solve business needs and improve process efficiency
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Previous experience of delivering a variety of reward activities in a medium to large, complex organisation
- Numerically sensitive and familiar in usage of HR systems
- Great communication and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
