Risk and Compliance Manager
About the Client
Our client is a private business group with operations in HK, China and some overseas countries. Currently, they are looking for a Manager to build up the enterprise risk management and compliance function for their business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Division Head, you will develop and implement risk management and compliance policies and procedures. You will identify key risk indicators and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern. You will monitor regulatory changes and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date. You will develop and deliver compliance training to employees. You will Investigate and resolve compliance issues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external risk advisory consultants to ensure compliance requirements are met. You will also look at relevant risk topics related to ESG and sustainability and assess their impacts to the business.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- HKICPA/ACCA/CIA
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in enterprise risk management and compliance
- Prior experience in Big 4 risk advisory team is definitely an advantage
- Independent, confident, agile and taking ownership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
