Job Description
About the role
- Provide full-spectrum of administration support, including procurement of office supplies, managing mailing orders and courier services, and overseeing fixed assets management.
- Plan, promote, and execute corporate events, ensuring effective logistics support and catering arrangements.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of administration transformation projects.
- Supervise subordinates to ensure the delivery of exceptional office services to business units.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or above in Event Management / Hospitality Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in office administration. Experience in event and project management or catering service will be an advantage.
- Willing to drive change and with an open-mind & positive "can do" attitude
- Attention to details, good organizational, muti-tasking, as well as problem-solving skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
