Job Description

About the role

  • Manage the full cycle of staff compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, medical and life insurance, leave management, total rewards programs, salary review, bonus plan, and well-being programs
  • Provide strategic advices on compensation and benefits issue to key stakeholders and management
  • Conduct market research and analyse salary benchmarks to ensure the company's compensation framework remains competitive
  • Analyse and consolidate HR data to prepare reports for management review
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that support the company's goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure consistent delivery of HR services
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
  • Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with team-leading experience is a plus
