About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-developed corporation within Retail sector with stably growing business. Due to rapid expansion, they are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager.
About the role
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and are in line with industry standards
- Manage the annual exercise and ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and other benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to stay abreast of trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement executive compensation programs that are in line with the organization's goals and objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years related working experience gained from sizable corporations
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
