Our client is an international luxury fashion brand with strong presence around the globe. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a Senior CRM Analytics Executive to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CRM Director, you will conduct customer data analysis and provide insight and contribute to KPIs such as private appointment sales, client retention, client data collection and client segmentation upgrade. You will prepare timely and accurate CRM reports for management review. You will track the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide feedback on program improvement areas and future strategic planning. You will support CRM and in-store events and ensure they are align with business objectives. You will assist in ad hoc projects when required.
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of CRM, data analytics experience in Luxury Retail industry
- Proficiency in Macro Excel is a MUST
- Detail-minded, excellent numerical sense and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
