Our client is a renowned skincare brand with extensive presence in Asia Pacific markets. A mobile apps is developed to realize their vision of customer-oriented business model. To enhance customer experience and provide exception customer services, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the CRM team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the daily operation of CRM system and mobile app related projects across Asia Pacific region. You will coordinate CRM and loyalty programs and drive the online store and e-commerce strategies. You will enhance mobile app traffic and sales by driving different promotion campaigns and develop and enhance membership scheme and reward programs. You will also conduct customer data analysis and provide insights for marketing strategies development.
- Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of CRM, database analysis and marketing, mobile app development or e-commerce coordination experience in beauty or FMCG industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
