Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Customer Service Manager
  • Oversee the customer service team in a manner that ensures professional handling of customer inquiries, leading to the achievement of service standards.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage client feedback and complaints, responding promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log and service report, collecting daily inputs from technicians and frontline staff.
  • Gather information on any faulty products to facilitate appropriate action
  • Follow up on special repair requests as necessary
  • Ensure that all types of complaints are acknowledged in accordance with internal guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in retail / consumer goods industry
  • Strong customer service mind and good communication/problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work under pressure, multi-tasking is expected
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, both spoken and written
