Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Customer Service Manager
- Oversee the customer service team in a manner that ensures professional handling of customer inquiries, leading to the achievement of service standards.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage client feedback and complaints, responding promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive log and service report, collecting daily inputs from technicians and frontline staff.
- Gather information on any faulty products to facilitate appropriate action
- Follow up on special repair requests as necessary
- Ensure that all types of complaints are acknowledged in accordance with internal guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in retail / consumer goods industry
- Strong customer service mind and good communication/problem-solving skills
- Willing to work under pressure, multi-tasking is expected
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, both spoken and written
