Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries over the phone, resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Provide professional service and prompt assistance to distributors, policyholders and potential clients
- Investigate and solve clients' problems and recommend / deliver solution to clients. Identify opportunities to improve work efficient and effectiveness, make recommendations and implement.
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- A degree holder with 2+ years' solid hotline experience in insurance industry is preferable; Candidate will less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
- Experience in leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
- Willing to work on shift and rotation basis
- IIQE registered
- Completion of LOMA 280 & 290 is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Saturday, 9am - 1pm (twice a month with OT compensation)
