About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious local brand in Hong Kong, widely recognized for its excellence and boasting an impressive network of over 10 flagship stores across the city. They are currently on the lookout for an exceptionally talented and dynamic individual to take on the role of District Manager. This pivotal position involves crafting and executing strategic plans while leading the sales department towards exceptional success.


  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, reduce costs, and optimize overall store performance
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to drive sales revenues
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our retail group's operations, including store performance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead a team of store managers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure consistent excellence in operations and customer experience
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, employee development, and a customer-centric culture across all stores
  • Monitor and manage the profit and loss of the retail group, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role in the retail, cosmetic, telecom industries, overseeing multiple stores and driving sales revenues
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving profitability
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
