Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to develop, plan, and create effective marketing tactics, strategies, campaigns, and events aligned with business and branding objectives.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing tactics and strategies, from generating ideas to executing them.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills by effectively managing and executing a wide range of campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of content to support advertising, PR, and social media campaigns.
- Proactively seek external collaboration opportunities and partnerships to generate new marketing ideas, increase awareness, and drive revenue.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, tenants, and business partners to achieve campaign KPIs and ensure program success.
- Evaluate and analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of ad hoc projects.
Requirement:
- Degree holder with minimum 3-5 years' experience in promotions and event management; Candidate with more experience will consider as Assistant Event Marketing Manager
- Good team player, energetic and passionate
- Self-motivation, creative thinking, attention to detail, efficiency, and the initiative to deliver high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Willingness and ability to take extra responsibilities
- Ability to deliver exceptional results under tight timelines
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
