Senior Finance Manager (Group Finance)
About the Client
Our client is a well-established mainboard listed company with a diversified business portfolio in Greater China. Currently, they are recruiting an experienced finance leader to manage their financial reporting and management reporting teams under group finance.
About the Role
- Lead a sizable team to perform financial reporting, management reporting, and budgeting functions
- Review financial statements and the consolidated accounts
- Review regular statutory reporting including results announcement, interim report and annual report
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow projections
- Conduct various financial analyses such as variance analysis, CAPEX analysis and scenario analysis
- Prepare presentation materials for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making
- Strengthen internal control systems and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Work closely with external auditors, lawyers, and other professionals
- Provide technical support to business units
- Involve in any finance transformation project when it is necessary
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA qualification is required
- A minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting experience from Big 4 and sizable listed companies and/or multi-national corporations
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Self-driven, analytical, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
