About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-developed MNC with stably growing business within retail sector. They are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Human Resources Manager.
About the role
- Collaborate with top management in developing goals, policies, and processes for the location in alignment with the overarching group framework
- Develop talent strategies and lead the hiring process for the region. Take responsibility for the new employee onboarding/orientation process
- To review and streamline existing policies and procedures to drive best practice and process improvement
- Maintain employee relations and promote engagement across the region. Drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion and employee wellbeing
- Advise management on talent assessment and development planning processes
- Lead and support the design and implementation of regional and global HR programs
- Lead or support local and company-wide Human Resources transformation projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years related working experience (with at least 3 years in managerial position) gained from well-established corporations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, listening, influencing and coaching skills
- Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
