About the Client

Our client is a sizable and well-developed MNC with stably growing business within retail sector. They are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Human Resources Manager.

About the role

  • Collaborate with top management in developing goals, policies, and processes for the location in alignment with the overarching group framework
  • Develop talent strategies and lead the hiring process for the region. Take responsibility for the new employee onboarding/orientation process
  • To review and streamline existing policies and procedures to drive best practice and process improvement
  • Maintain employee relations and promote engagement across the region. Drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion and employee wellbeing
  • Advise management on talent assessment and development planning processes
  • Lead and support the design and implementation of regional and global HR programs
  • Lead or support local and company-wide Human Resources transformation projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years related working experience (with at least 3 years in managerial position) gained from well-established corporations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, listening, influencing and coaching skills
  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
