About our client
Our client is a logistics company with a solid market foundation in the Asia region, and now they are looking for a Senior IT Service Management Analyst to join their team.
About the role
- Reviewing, developing, rolling out, and maintaining IT service/operations policies and procedures for efficiency/IT control enhancement, such as incident management, change management and problem management
- Assisting the line manager to participate in IT governance and control duties, including IT policy review, IT risk assessment, IT audit, SLA planning, etc.
- Analyzing requirements from relevant business stakeholders(e.g. Application/Infrastructure teams & business) to refine IT service strategy, such as change management, escalation procedure, service quality review
- Engaging in different IT projects and working as the SME in ITIL framework and IT governance to provide advisory
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT service management control or IT governance
- Bachelor's degree holders in the relevant discipline, such as information technology, computer science, or cybersecurity
- Familiar with IT service design, ITIL framework and IT governance
- Holder of ITIL/PMP is a plus
- With a good IT security mindset/Holder of relevant certificates(e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP) is a plus
- With good experience in project management and vendor management
- Good command of English & Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese)
