About our client
Our client is a multinational company based in Europe with several sourcing centers in Asia. They are looking for a Senior IT Specialist with good experience in regional IT operation and infrastructure administration.
About the role
- Perform maintenance and administration IT infrastructure in the office, such as network, server room, on-perm/Cloud servers and IT hardware
- Work and coordinate with the team to perform helpdesk support to local and regional offices when needed
- Escalate and report infrastructure issues or incidents to headquarters when needed
- Support and coordinate IT network security activities
- Establish and review IT infrastructure policy, such as SOP and guidelines
- Drive the internal project order from the group level in an efficient manner
- IT asset documentation and maintenance
Requirements
- High Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields
- 3+ years experience of relative working experience in an MNC environment
- With regional/APAC technical support experience is a plus
- Experience in O365, AAD/AD, VMware, Windows OS, On-prem/Azure cloud environment
- Familiar with networking technologies (Firewall, VPN, LAN, WLAN, etc.)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions operation (Endpoint, Email Gateway, Cloud security, etc.) is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential
- A good team player with a proactive attitude
