My client is a Hong Kong Renowned Landlord who is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to maximize the occupancy of their industrial portfolio.
About the Role
- Implement leasing strategies for the company's industrial portfolio
- Handle leasing inquiries, negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth leasing operations
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real estate and related disciplines
- 8 years' solid working experience in Leasing, Industrial experience is a plus
- Professional memberships such as HKIS or RICS are advantage
- Independent, Strategic and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
