My client is a Hong Kong Listed Developer who focus on residential, office and retail development. Currently they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to manage their shopping mall.
About the Role
- Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, demand, and rental pricing strategies.
- Handle leasing inquiries, negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including property management and marketing to ensure smooth leasing operations
The successful applicants
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines
- 4 years' or above of related working experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strategic, Passionate and Good communication skills
