This position will be reporting to the Director of Catering/ Group Business Unit Head. Oversee and manage 3 sub-teams of around 17 staffs (Catering Sales, Kitchen Production, Service).
You will be responsible for achieving catering revenues and the targets set by the Management, identify the market trends and needs, expanding the client pool and build up a strong client relationship. Manage reports for business analysis, event and catering budget business plan, regular budget and forecast reports, etc. To work close with senior management and marketing team in for marketing campaign. Ensure all service and product are provided up to the company standard, develop and maintain an excellent client relationship.
- Bachelor' degree holder with minimum 10 years of experience in Catering Sales position
- Strong experience in catering sales, business development, well connection with catering and corporate events
- Strong sales mentality, ambitious, and independent attitude
- Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
