About our Client
We are representing a reputable organisation with global office operations, they are currently hiring a seasoned Senior HRBP Manager to support dedicated business unit and HR digitalisation project.
About the Role
- Provide HR services to the business units across global including recruitment, succession planning, rewards, performance management and talent management
- Work closely with the senior management for implementing HR initiatives including manpower planning and recruitment strategies
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Develop compelling communication strategies and direction to all employees, which reinforce the strategic direction of the company to maintain productive, passionate and cooperative company culture across the Business
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Work with outside vendor/ consultant and lead the performance management system (PMS) digitalisation project
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 10+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, welcome for all-kind of industries background
- Proven track record on HR and digitalisation project
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
