Our client is a well known Financial Services provider and they are seeking a Senior Manager, Market Data Governance to join their fast expanding team in Hong Kong. You will be part of an innovative team of Market Data professionals to transformation data and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement a data strategy that aligns with and accelerates business objectives
- Collaberate closely with key partners and oversee BAU operation to develop aligned data models for all downstream processes and users
- In partnership across the organization and market data providers, ensure data is consistent and compatible for further data analysis
- Ensure data quality and integrity, gain consensus and appropriate resource for decision making
- Enhance data framework and standard methodologies to govern data collection and access
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Statistics, or related STEM field
- 8+ years experience similar experience in data pipelines, improving data workflows, data governance
- Previous market data management experience highly preferred
- Strong project management and business analysis experience, with problem solving and data analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in Python, ETL, Tableau, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
