Responsibilities
This position will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.
You will be leading the marketing team, to drive the marketing and promotion strategies for the hotel group. To build revenue though innovative campaigns and promotions, and ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and to evaluate the campaign performance in accordance with the brand strategy and customer insights. Collaborate with the management team, internal stakeholders, and targeted media to enhance the brand's coverage and presence. Set and manage an analytic key performance indicator to ensure a valuable investment return.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Hospitality, Journalism or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of marketing communications experience at managerial level with luxury hotel brands and B2C companies
- Creative, number and result-driven, with a track record of driving innovative strategic marketing initiatives
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills
