Senior Manager/Deputy Director, Corporate Finance
About the Client
Our client is a market leading HK listed company in the region. They are now recruiting some seasoned finance talents to join their expanding corporate finance team in their Hong Kong office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, you will oversee all aspects of the M&A process, including identifying potential targets, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating terms, and executing transactions. You will manage public offerings of stock, structuring equity raisings, and cultivating relationships with institutional investors. You will oversee debt financing activities, including issuing debt securities, managing bond offerings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Also, you will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute strategies for successful IPOs. You will provide strategic guidance and financial analysis on potential investments, divestitures, and financial restructuring opportunities. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and legal professionals. You will stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, industry developments and relevant financial risks to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- CPA or CFA qualification is preferred
- At least 10 years of work experience related to M&A and financing
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex financial transactions
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to collaborate with senior executives and external stakeholders effectively
- Hands-on, versatile, and able to work independently
- Occasional travel will be required
