About Our Client
We are representing a reputable finance institution with stable business performance. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Training & Development to lead the small team.
About the Role
- Directly report to the CHRO, and lead a team of 2
- Design, deliver and evaluate customised learning solutions / training programmes for all levels of staff
- Ensure the customer-centric service up to market trend and provide relevant training to our frontline/ operation staff
- Design and plan the leadership development programming by collecting, analyzing, and responding to data to ensure expectations of the program are being met
- Responsible for annual training budget and reports for management review
- Provides consultative services to the employees in regards to learning/training policies and procedures
- Assist in driving company cultural initiatives/ activities
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in learning and development, ideally from finance/ banking/ retail industry
- Familiar with planning and delivering customer service training program
- Down-to-earth and motivated individual who is able to work independently
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable on LMS
- Good command of English and Cantonese
